Keweenaw Peninsula Trail Report – 03/09

KEWEENAW PENINSULA UPDATE via Krupps Resort – Good afternoon Kruppers!
Well we hit the trails for once today!
And it’s been AWESOME!
Left Kruppy at 9am and are at Bear Belly’s in Lac Labelle and not sure if I hit 5 bumps!
Had a great lunch here at Bear Bellys too!
I highly recommend a stop here!
It’s one of my favorite stops and the view is unreal here!
I passed 6 different groomers starting at South Range!
Snow and trails are BEAUTIFUL!
It’s early so this afternoon could be a different story!
I took a few helmet cam videos but can’t post from my phone but ill share a pic taken from Bear Belly’s looking up at Mount Bohemia ski hills!
Stay tuned cause we’re heading to Copper Harbor from here and I’ll report more later!
I sure hope the trails hold for my ride back to Kruppys back yard!
I’ll be back in the woods tomorrow and see how the off trail is!
Have a great weekend!

Western & Southern UP Trail Reports
Took a little ride today down to Twin Lakes and the trails are holding up pretty good. Bad news is they are calling for temps to go above freezing for the next 5 days and no snow in the forecast.

Raymond Stephan Jared Ebbers twin lakes to copper harbor is open

Keep up the great job

why is the freda closed for good now? this is very disappointing as that area of the u.p has very little actual trials to offer besides grades

Preston Schultz Nathan Clemmensen

Do you think the bridge in Houghton/Hancock will be open between Christmas and New Year?
