Great Trail Riding!
No significant changes trails in an overall good to very good condition. Operators were reporting very good results with our trails primarily in very good condition east of M94. The west side Trails are in very good to good condition. Ride to the Right and Stay Tuned for updates!

MUNISING AREA UPDATE via TNT Trenary Northern Trails – 3/2
Trails are holding up very well! Base is thin on the west end by Little Lake so we will see some deterioration on sunny days now that the sun is up longer. Looks like a little more snow due today and Saturday, so we should expect very good trails until a brief warmup on Sunday. Ride right and ride safe!

WEATHER UPDATE via US National Weather Service Marquette Michigan >> Light snow will continue moving into the western half of the UP over the next 2 hours. Snow will continue west to east quickly, diminishing in the Keweenaw and central as the night progresses. MUNISING AREA UPDATE via TNT Trenary Northern Trails >> We were able to get out for a short while last night. Trail is groomed from 417 to Rumley. Due to operator constraints, we were only able to make the partial run. It is an unfortunate reality we face as a volunteer organization. Between work and family obligations, we sometimes have small gaps in the schedule. Now that we have the trail set, we will be training in a couple more operators to help fill those gaps. A couple of our out of state operators will be back in the seat also! We are like every other club that does grooming. We are always looking for operators. If you have contacted us before and we didn’t get back to you, please feel free to reach out again. We didn’t forget about you. We just didnt have an opportunity to get you into training before the season ended. If anyone is interested in grooming, please send us a message! We will see what we can do to get you up in the seat!
Our repairs seem to have been successful and the snow is falling again! It does look like we have a small warm up coming soon, but it doesn’t look like it will stick around for any time. Sounds like results varied last night with a couple spots needing multiple passes to get back into rideable shape. It will definitely take a couple grooms with the hard base and fresh snow to get everything back to flat again. Ride right and ride safe! #munising #snowphotos

A weak clipper system will bring another round of light snow tonight, but only expect another inch or so of accumulation in most locations. WEATHER UPDATE via US National Weather Service Marquette Michigan >> Widespread snow will begin to spread west to east this morning while a heavier snowband looks to set up in the central UP this afternoon. Uncertainty still remains where this snowband will park, however, heavy snowfall rates will likely create difficult travel along US-41 from Delta to Marquette/Alger counties. Tonight, widespread snow transitions to lake effect snow for the north wind snowbelts.
