Groomed south 8, 88 and 443 Tuesday evening. Beat quite heavily due to warm temps and not having been groomed Monday. It groomed flat again but not as pleasing to the eye. Some bumps on the inside corners didn’t fill to good, Riders please use caution in the bottom of the curves.

We did not groom last night as we are taking the weeknights to do some much needed Preventative Maintenance and repair on our lone Tucker groomer, we have DOUBLED the miles groomed this season over last season(6k mi+).

Trail 160 was groomed yesterday as it had not been hit since the recent snowfall, it is the perfect picture. Trails are holding in there!

Much of our system remains in GOOD condition. Our Ski hill Trail 2 reroute from Bessemer to Wakefield is showing some wear, but is in far better condition now than it was 10 days ago. Robert one of our weekend groomer operators did an AMAZING job the last time through.

We continue to evaluate grooming tonight as trails are flat, snow covered and putting heavy grooming equipment on them can do much more damage than good at times. Depending on how today goes it looks like we’ll have good riding on the trails this weekend, but surely not great. Trails range from Excellent to poor, 80% + are rated good.
