TRAIL REPORT Saturday Night 12-28-19
TRAILS BARELY HANGING ON!

Overall trail conditions are reduced to fair. Grooming operation were brutal on the operators. Tractors breaking through thin base with unfrozen ground. CADILLAC AREA UPDATE via Coyote Crossing Resort​ – 12/31

Hello- Got a nice 6" system snow last night and still snowing. We have about 6" here so far, with another several inches to the north and east. Another 2-4" of Lake Effect snow is expected today. I would ride now and tomorrow…. Slight warm up for end of week, before some normal temps arrive for the weekend. Most covered areas of trails around, LPL, Boon, Yuma and Mesick did keep their icy base, so should be ok, but still early season riding, so be safe and expect limbs and things to be on trails. Ride Safe and THINK SNOW! Pete

33 Rd Staging Area–S of M-55–approx.. 3 miles west of Cadillac on M-55 (watch for signs)

Caberfae Staging Area–approx.. 12 miles west of Cadillac on M-55 (watch for signs)

Boon Staging Area–park in plowed area south of Boon Grocery

Note: The porta-a-johns were removed from our staging areas today as our contracts on them expired 3-15-13.
