LAKE GOGEBIC AREA UPDATE via Bergland Bay Bar – 1/25

Reports from yesterday were that the trails were in good to poor condition. The groomers in our area were out last night into this morning. With the temp hovering just above or below freezing it’s going to be tough keeping things in excellent condition. The good new is that we are getting some fresh snow and when the temps drop, the trails should set up very nicely again. The bad news is the forecast is showing upper twenties and low to mid thirties for the next few days. People are riding and having fun, and the drinks are cold, and the food is hot. Happy Saturday! Currently heavy, wet snow, with accumulations up to 4 inches according to Weather Underground. Out at the house and bar we’ve got 2-3 on the ground. It’s 31 out and our high is 32, low is 27.

Some big flakes ❄ falling down today! Would say we got about 4 inches of snow last night. Still coming down good. Groomers where out last night and will be back out tonight! Things are looking amazing with all this fresh snow!
