It’s a frosty Frederic monday morning at 35 degrees……to bad its going to warm up to 40s again today, I saw a hi of 50 yesterday on my truck. I do have to say that the sled trail thru the woods along 93 by Hanson Hills was still nice and white but that cant last to long with the temps we are going to get this week. Next chance of snow according to the weatherman is maybe next sunday and monday….Not what we want to see.

So the wait is on again as has happened way to many times before. The way I see it is the best outcome for me in this crazy weather based business is that either I find someone looking to buy or sell their home that needs a Realtor or I start asking for donations of Spam so I can eat for the rest of this winter……..Come on Santa help us out……Thanks for checking in. Groomer Tim ran to the Bear Trap last night, trails set up nice.

Groomer Matt groomed trail 431 last night and trail 43 south of Seney to Ten Curves Rd, the trails set up great.

Groomer Tim went to the Bear Trap last night, trail is in great shape. Groomer Matt did trail 431 to trail 9 and also did trail 440. All in great condition.
