Its been a quiet and calm friday morning in snowy downtown Fredericanville. No new snow and no plowing for me overnight. Just a little touch up here and there. A few sleds in so far this morning and I expect there will be a good amount in this morning. Took my first drive thru the motel parking lots in Grayling and not to busy with a total of 13 trailers between Days Inn and Ramada. I cant say I am thrilled with the weather reports for the next couple days but we are surely off to a agreat start so far. Parking is an issue, I am full down at storage and people are parking in my back lot. If you want to park daily back there come inside and see me. Pic below is from this mornings first group of sleds. I also forgot to mention yesterdfay that on my return trip from the bridge the other night and south of Waters the Gaylord Groomer was deep off the trail in the ditch. I am sure that was a big project to get that out. Thanks for checking in and Please ride Safely. Pete

WEATHER UPDATE via US National Weather Service Gaylord Michigan >> Snow will diminish this morning, ending by early afternoon. Some parts in northeast lower and far eastern upper Michigan may break out into partial sunshine this afternoon. However, north-northwest to northwest winds today will remain brisk. Gusts to around 30 mph will be common. No new snow and its icy and mostly dry but my lake is emerging in the back parking lot. My nieghbors were just here and they are going to try to ride to the bridge. I told them to send me a picture, we will see how that works out. There is a prediction of 1 to 4 inches for today but I do not think that will help much. I have a piece of property that I keep plowed out and that was all down to dirt this morning. The wait is on again... #gaylord

No big changes for the UP, although a bit more snow is now forecast for the Keweenaw and central UP.
