The trails took a hit yesterday due to the warm weather. It was warm and windy. There are reports of trees down on the trails, be careful. As soon as the groomers get out this morning the drivers will have chain saws and do any clean up that needs to be done
Trail #9 is in very good to excellent condition up to Pine Stump/Holland Lake staging area.
Trail #45 is plowed from Skyline Road to the north 3 miles for logging. USE EXTREME CAUTION IN THE PLOWED AREA WHERE THEY ARE LOGGING. This area is VERY ICY WITH LARGE DIPS, please be careful. The trail is in very good to excellent condition other than that.
Trail #9/2 to Epoufette/ Trout Lake is in very good condition. The trail to Epoufette is in very good condition. Trail #473 to Trout Lake is in good condition, the snow is thin along the railroad tracks to Trout Lake.
THE NORTH STORE ON CO. RD. 407,WILL BE OPEN THIS YEAR.
The curfew for the Village of Newberry is 11:00 P.M. until 7:00 A.M.
FYI: There will not be gas at Rainbow Lodge as they are closed due to the Duck Lake fire. There is a gas pump logo on the trail map, but they will be CLOSED.
