Spring Temperatures Have Arrived
What a difference a week makes! Temperatures have been unseasonably warm for the past week in Marquette County, even hitting 60 degrees on Tuesday. This has caused trails to quickly degrade to poor condition. Without a few good snow systems, trail conditions will not be improving. Trails are still officially open until April 1st, so consistent grooming would start up again if this were to happen.
Despite the unusually early warmup, overall this has been an excellent season of riding! We had early season snow accumulations and consistently good to excellent trail conditions since the trails opened!
The Moose Country Snowmobile Club groomers once again did an excellent job keeping our local trails in top form and we hope you got a chance to enjoy them!
