We are under a wind chill advisory until noon tomorrow [Thursday 1/4/18].

The weathermen are expecting windchills near -30* and this means frostbite can happen in as little as 10 minutes…if you are riding in the area please dress properly and let someone know where you’re heading!

WOLVERINE AREA UPDATE via Sturgeon Valley Campground – Trail #7 at the Sturgeon Valley Campground and Wolverine has good sledding conditions and 4 to 6 inches of fresh snow. The trail and conditions north at Indian River were not as good, and it wasn’t snowing when I was there this morning, but it was still very respectable. Snow in both of these areas is coming in bands today and it snows hard for a while and then stops for a while. hk….
