HARBOR SPRINGS AREA UPDATE via Harbor Springs Snowmobile Club – 3/12
We had two groomers our last night & the majority of everything was groomed except the railroad grade from Pellston to Mackinaw. The trails are super icy (you can see where the tractor couldn’t make it up one of the hills in 4WD on the first attempt), we need more snow! If you are riding today please use caution on hills & corners!
Our end of the year party is at the Harbor Barn today at 2pm we will have food, corn hole & a fire! Bring your own drinks.

WEATHER UPDATE via Michigan Storm Chasers >> Snow and ice return tonight, and continue through midday April 4th, 2026. Snow totals will be the highest yet again into the Keweenaw Peninsula. This time last year, we weren’t even sure that we would have a season after the historic ice storm that destroyed much of our trail system.
Fast forward to now… we just wrapped up a RECORD season! For the first time in years, we were able to groom pretty consistently from the very first weekend all the way to the end. What an incredible turnaround.
