HARBOR SPRINGS AREA UPDATE via Harbor Springs Snowmobile Club – 3/12 We had two groomers our last night & the majority of everything was groomed except the railroad grade from Pellston to Mackinaw. The trails are super icy (you can see where the tractor couldn’t make it up one of the hills in 4WD on the first attempt), we need more snow! If you are riding today please use caution on hills & corners! Our end of the year party is at the Harbor Barn today at 2pm we will have food, corn hole & a fire! If the weather warms above 30 degrees we won't groom until it cools down. The drag can chunk the trail leaving behind large snow balls that freeze and can hurt someone. We have some above freezing weather coming in over the next few days with possible rain on Thursday & back to freezing on Friday. We are hoping to get out and groom again Thursday night depending on what the weather does. We will keep everyone updated. #harborsprings #petoskey #snowphotos
