STRAITS AREA UPDATE via Straits Area Snowmobile Club >> 03/25
Somebody has to be first! We are grooming tonight. Conditions can change fast with spring conditions but there is a lot of areas that are excellent and hoping to hold through the weekend. The first 4 miles coming out of St ignace is rough with trees down and truck ruts. From there north is ok. Cut river area is thin the last couple miles. Other than that expect spring conditions where open areas can melt fast.

WEATHER UPDATE via US National Weather Service Marquette Michigan >> Blizzard conditions persist today for central and eastern Upper Michigan, while snowfall lessens in the west. Highest storm total snow expected in the central and east. Greatest potential for 4 feet is the high terrain of north-central.
