TRAIL REPORT February 15, 2022
GREAT RIDING CONDITIONS CONTINUE!
Light new snow and a hard flat base have the trail system in an overall very good condition. We sent our Bully west last night with the Dubie Groomer to do some more serious cleanup. The smaller groomer on the program Bully is not able to recover the trail conditions as well. That smaller groomer has also been repaired and will be back grooming the trails tonight. Get out and enjoy some really nice riding conditions. Keep doing the Cold Weather Snow Dancing and Stay Tuned for updates!

MUNISING AREA UPDATE via TNT Trenary Northern Trails –
Lake effect snow from over the weekend sure has helped the trail. Super cold temps tonight should help it set up tight. Trail will improve with the next couple of grooms. We could still use more snow, but you won’t be disappointed with what we have! Ride right and ride safe.

This will slowly diminish lake effect snow showers from west to east. It will also help usher in a warm and mostly dry period. MUNISING AREA UPDATE via TNT Trenary Northern Trails >> Last night was a fun night with a little training, some drifting, and a murder burger from the Throttle in Little Lake! Lots of drifting on the east end last night and this morning. Good results grooming the entire length of the trail. Groomer will be out on the trail soon to clean up the drifts and make another run! General maintenance today went well with some of our operators getting involved and one of our new operators took the pole saw for a workout along Finn Spur, where the height of the snow and the tractor was putting us up in the canopy of the trees. It’s the little things that help out in the biggest ways. You don’t even have to be an operator to contribute! Ride right and ride safe! #munising #snowphotos
