So let me start by saying we are in contact with the DNR about trying to get some more money to finish the season out for grooming. We have enough left for four days unless the DNR comes through. We should know more tomorrow, but we are not grooming until we know what’s going on or we may switch it up to every other day until the end of the season or wait till Friday and groom until we’re done. It’s kind of up in the air right now, but we will let you know.

Trail 9 9PM
Eh, hour and a half to second stop sign, 10.3 mile, not spinning, good bite but pulling alot of disagreeable heavy snow.
Blade still wants to push up a wad and roll balls off the end.
So, creative dragging it shall be for the time being.
AGAIN, THEY SAY, its actually supposed to get quite cold tonight, what I am able to leave behind is shaved off highs an filled in holes, if it freezes up, should last much longer than the last several grooms.
We shall see. Keep you posted.
10:34 Windy Corners finished, not bragging but its flat, again if temps work with us, it freezes up, should offset any memory underneath, thats what I’m gunning for.
Just turned right to disappear in radio silence, time to get comfy for the long haul,I’ll keep you posted later. 😊

We groomed 9 45 and the south trail down to H40 Trout Lake last night. It was the best we could do considering the condition were a little warm, but we did get it knocked down and it looked decent from the looks of the temperature tonight we should be back in full swing after that.

-A system arriving this morning will bring snow, sleet and freezing rain through early Friday morning.
-Moderate to potentially major impacts are anticipated from the combination of snow, freezing rain, and sleet. High travel impacts are expected along with possible power outages and tree damage.
-A second system moves through the area Friday night and Saturday bringing another round of mixed precipitation. Similar impacts are possible.

People were glad to see us from the git go, I get it!
Having to dig pretty deep with the blade in the corners followed by an aggressive drag, so heads up till we get back for any curbs I leave behind, still over 9ft wide a pass so you should be able to squeak through 😉
Othe than that, way cool sunset!
Not too much traffic, all pulled over 🥰

Mostly ribbony, leveled off some intersections, enjoying my ride 😁

After I left Windy Corners I never saw another sled, still haven't 😊 turning out pretty well, weird snow, thawed, froze, rinse, repeat it seems, kinda like artificial.
Anyway removed the ugly both sides, a few Corners could still use another lap, but they'll be fine. #newberry #snowphotos
