Meet and Greet March 19 Please come join us for Hot Dogs and Hot Chocolate at the Holland Lake Staging Area. 9am to 1pm. Trail 8 crosses 407 just above the Pine Stump Restaurant. There was no snow predicted for this weekend, well surprise! We picked up about 4 maybe 4 or 5 inches last night. Don’t be fooled though underneath the fresh snow the trails are hard and icy in some spots. The warm up is still on the way for next week, but the trails are still in good shape for now. The side rails on one side of the bridge on the charcoal grade (Trail 45) are missing. It is currently taped off on the one side and signs will be placed to slow down approaching and crossing the bridge! We will groom all the trails late today and tonight. As always we want to encourage safe and responsible riding!!
Stay on the Trail!! Ride Right and Be Safe!! Please be respectful of private property, howbeit it fields or peoples front yards.
Curfew in the Village of Newberry is 11:00pm to 7:00am.
Trail 9: Groomed to Holland Lake last night. Grooming this afternoon into the evening hours. Good spots!
Trail 45: Groomed to the Falls last night. Grooming this afternoon into the evening hours. Good! Please see the note above regarding the bridge on the charcoal grade. Please use caution in this area.

SAULT STE. MARIE AREA UPDATE via Sault Ste. Marie Snowmobile Association >> 1/21/26 Good morning! Bryan and his son Logan hit the city trails last night and also 49 down to 7 mile and they turned out great! The little streams behind Kewadin Casino are still flowing (see the video in the comments) even with all of the cold, but our bridges have made a huge difference in there! There is one spot along the Kewadin trail that is soft and we keep filling it in as best we can. Likely a nonissue for the weight of a sled, but worth mentioning. Thank you Bryan and Logan!!❄️❄️❄️ #soo #soo0121b#snowphotos... See MoreSee Less
