Good Morning .. 9:00am Friday …. O wind & temp is 28 and was down to 24 overnight..and not expected to get over 32 today…on a cooling trend….. no new snow… and the ‘impending sunday storm’ is downplayed,,, but we are having n.w. Winds today , this should give us ‘lake effect’ snows…… we will see what the weather guessers do with this…????

Trails are still in fair shape with the 2.5 inches we received over the last 2 days… groomer Ben

We did get a little snow from overnight storm, maybe 1 1/2′ There is more snow in the forecast for the upcoming weekend. Trails will be icy, with a thin coverage of fresh snow for this weekend. Not great but usable. In the woods there is always more, however watch out for stumps and mounds under light cover. As you go east to Blue Bear and Mancelona snow is better and has held up longer with warmer temps.
