NEWBERRY AREA UPDATE via TASA Tahquamenon Area Snowmobile Association >> 01/12
⚠️So my wife and I and a couple friends went out to check the trail and get some lunch so I found a couple water holes on trail 9 about 3/4 of a mile off of M123 just slow down they are only 4 inches deep you don’t need to fly though them in the picture you can see my ski in the water that’s the deepest spot so please slow down and take it easy also some of the guys staying at our place got stuck on 45 past the falls I was told the gate was closed over there but they said it was open just be aware that is dangerous over there please do not open gates the people that run their clubs know when to open the gates, so please do not touch them for your safety as well as others.

20 degrees this morning and snowing. I have nothing new to report on the trails. They are all PERFECT!!!! All machines are runnin great and the weather can`t get any better!!!! Ya`ll are missing out if ya ain`t got plans for coming U.P. I`m heading out da door to go grooming. Hopefully see ya`s out there!

Warmer weather is in store for midweek with highs in the 20s and even into the low 30s in the far west. Two rounds of light snow are expected from Thursday to Friday morning. 11 degrees this morning under partly cloudy skies. I got about 2" of fresh snow on my deck from last night. Nothing new to report on the trails except the loggers are done out by Pine Stump now, we`ll whip that in shape today and all will be good in sno-mo country! Our entire system will be groomed today, all trails are in GREAT SHAPE!!!!
My biggest question is....where is everybody? Its been slow all season U.P. here.....even on the weekends. Ya`ll are missing out. COME ON U.P.!!!!! Quick report as I`m heading out the door to go grooming.

Workin her pretty hard to get what you want, but we are.
She likes 7MPH tonight, should give an indication why we're Not much into stopping for oncoming traffic.
