GRAND MARAIS UPDATE via Grand Marais Sno-Trails Assoc.
We have Max and Michael heading back out to 443. They were able to clear approx 14 miles yesterday in about 13 hours. Jack, Phil And Emmett will be heading back out to 8 west. They still have some trees to take down. The hope to tackle 88 & 888 also. We’re getting blasted with questions on whether our trails will be fully groomed by the weekend. Answer: we just don’t know. We hope so but it’s extremely slow going. There are literally 100s of trees down on the trails. We’ll keep updating as we go. We want you to come here to ride but we want you to have trails as safe as we can make them and we’re not there yet!! Please be patient and if you’re out today use extreme caution and watch for our groomers!!
