We’re on PAUSE for tonight, temperatures got very warm across our area today. We will assess things tomorrow, hopefully the warm and sun stay away!

It’s been a fine snow due to the extremely cold temps.
With the wind there has been whiteout conditions and extremely dangerous for highway travel the last couple days 
Well the Nest cam got knocked off it magnetic mount so I apologize for the view hanging upside down at this time.
I’ll try and get it back aligned today

We received another 6.5 inches this morning and it's still snowing at 10:00am. Pretty much white out conditions all morning and it's still very poor visibility.
Stay warm it's only 1° right now.

There are still some wet spots and many sticks (early season conditions on this trail) but it’s OPEN y’all! Shoutout to the guys from the South Range Snowmobile Club who assisted yesterday in cutting the down trees and getting it prepped for the team to pack in today! Please note the “spur” to Freda is NOT repaired and NOT open or accessible! #keweenaw #snowphotosHUGE ANNOUNCEMENT! 📣 For the first time since the 2018 Fathers Day flood, our team was able to open and groom the Freda Loop!
