Ironwood Trail Report – 12/17

Thanks to everyone who came and visited this weekend. We groomed trail 2 and 8 completely Thursday, Friday, Saturday. The ski hill section was groomed Friday and Early Sunday morning. We worked to continue packing in water holes and tried to keep up with the traffic! All trails are now thin and in need of snow. Our rail beds have faired the best, but trails overall remain in fair condition. Snirty in sections but they have froze up well. Warm temps today and Monday will keep the groomers parked. Both have wrenching to be done, we’ll have that after a couple hundred hard miles! Join the club today! Thank you to the MARKESAN SNO-DRIFTERS SNOWMOBILE CLUB members who came up helped brush 160, so thankful! Pictures from Sunday morning, Trail 8. $25. www.gogebicrangeta.org

Trail #9 Trail is open and we will be grooming from town to Pine Stump tonight.

SWAMP IS NOT FROZEN and there are 3 large trees that are across the trail north of CR 500 and please do not ride to the upper falls until we get more cold weather. We will not be grooming north of CR 500 until it is safe for the groomer.

Trail #9/2 Trail is open and will be grooming as far as we can due to lack of snow.
