Munising Area Trail Report – 03/15

March 15

MUNISING AREA UPDATE via TNT Trenary Northern Trails –

Put the sleds away and break out the swimsuits! NOT! When everyone is saying that there is no snow left, that’s the best time to ride! There are a couple usual wet spots and a little ice here and there, but there is no shortage of snow! Groomer is running great again after the repairs! We are going to hit the trails hard every chance the temperature allows us to keep it flat!

TRAILS BEAT THE WARM WEATHER!
Overall excellent late season trail conditions with a Trail 418 Warning. We lost a noticeable 2 feet in off-trail snow depth with this warm spell and rain but the trails held strong. Details here: https://www.algersorva.com/trailreport/3-15-2019/
