Drummond Island Trail Report – D.I. Resort – 03/05

Drummond Island: 10" base. With 12+ inches of snow we got on Friday/ Saturday, the 4 inches we got on Wednesday plus what we already had our trails we now have close to 2 ft of snow giving us at least a 10 inch base on the trails and Our trails are awesome! The heavy wet snow is still blanketing the trees on the trails and makes for a beautiful ride …. but keep in mind that all that snow is making the branches hang down more than normal so as always ride with caution! East End……There is logging going on on this end between the Quarry road to Canoe Bay ride with caution. West end …… The area along the shore may not have as much snow on the trails due to blowing and drifting but should still be in good condition!
