Gaylord Area Trail Report – Ray’s Retreat Country Inn – 12/28

There is a solid base of frozen ice/snow. A few inches of new snow on that. Riders are reporting decent rides. Room for improvement. Snow is in the forecast for the next couple days… 5 – 6 inches will make a major improvement and put riding into the good category.

DECEMBER 26

We have not groomed since last Tuesday, we had warmer weather and some rain it is snowing now and Temps are dropping.

Trails through silver city are poor but rideable it’s about 2 miles, trail 101, South boundary and lake of the clouds are in good shape.

Trails 12 and 13 are OK and rideable there’s still a few wet spots so ride with caution with more snow in the forecast we should be grooming this weekend.
