In a holding pattern. No groomer runs scheduled until this coming weekend for sure. Trails are holding now, but will not stand any traffic, as the weather is once again not cooperating. Temps yesterday of 35d, predicted all week, possibly rain Friday & Saturday, flurries on Sunday.
This will be good for the trees, but bad for the trails. We’ve been running on one storm all season – we need another one.
Have faith, we still have 2/3 of the season left. The groomers will flatten what we have just before it freezes, and then we will go from there. Looks like we will finally have an ice base by this time next week.
Take this weekend to do your mid-season sled maintains, take your pop cans back, and get rested up for the mid-season push.

Trail 2 from Ramsay to Marenisco expect bare spots. Trail 8 has bare spots with icy corners. Trail 160 closer to the lake the snow is marginal. Trails 11s and 11n are not groomed we need more snow before groomers will go out to groom these trails. It is still early season riding we need more snow to get the trails in great shape. Be Patient!!!
