Trail #9 has 8-24 inches and is reported in good condition. Watch for wet areas along CR 407 in the ditch areas.

Trail #45 has 8-24 inches and is reported in good condition. There is a couple wet areas between CR 500 and the upper falls.

Trail 9/2 is reported in good condition with only 8 inches of snow. This trail is groomed to Epoufette and part of the Trout Lake trail is groomed. Cannot groom all the way to Trout Lake until one large waterhole freezes.

We are currently grooming three trails with only two groomers. Our third machine has been in the shop for repairs and hopefully will be returning on January 8th.

The North Store is open this year.

Rainbow Lodge on Trail #8 is CLOSED. There is a gas pump logo on the new trail map at Rainbow Lodge, as the map went to print before I new they were closing.

There is no gas between the lower falls and Pine Stump Jct.

Where has this day gone? It’s been crazy with snowmobilers everywhere–a great thing! Trails have tightened up nicely thanks to cold temperatures yesterday and even colder today. We also received a couple inches of fresh snow to layer over the solid base. Traffic was quieter yesterday but picked up again today. I just saw a groomer go by, so the trails will soon be excellent once again. Here’s to another great day of riding in the beautiful north. Enjoy the trails and drive smart out there!
