March 17, 2014 – Lets start out with a weather report. Yesterday morning it was minus 7 and this morning it is minus 5…..COLD MAN!!! It is supposed to warm up into the 20`s today and into the 30`s for the rest of the week with a little snow/mix on and off.
Now, on to the trails. I am gonna down grade them to really good. I groomed Sat. night and found them to be really FLAT but kinda hard. With this warmer weather coming they will soften up. There is alittle snirt showing up in some corners and hill tops. There is still plenty of snow in the woods, so no problems. You still have plenty of time to make that last trip UP. I`m goin ridin today!!!! Soooo….come on UP times a runnin out!!!

Winter showed no signs of retreat this weekend, starting with Friday night. We had a day above freezing but finished with below-freezing temps and about 2′ of heavy snow. The trails were happy to receive the fresh coating.
Riders were out but not in the numbers that they have been. The trails have been groomed and are in great shape. This morning it’s pretty cold at about -9 the last I looked.
We’ve got sunshine and a forecasted high of 32 for today. The next couple days may bring us up over freezing. We’ll groom as long as conditions allow so if you’re still looking for excellent trails to ride look no further!
Base: 11 inches
Snowfall Past 24 hours: 0 inches
