Sledheads of Frederic – 03/01

Wednesday nite, March 1, 6:15 p.m. I just rolled back into Frederic to an incredible snow storm. We have about 6 to 7 fresh inches here and about the same in Grayling. I drove back north from flint today and a little snow started showing by west branch. All of this new snow is since about ten this morning and its still coming. I came up here to the shop to get my plow truck as I have a bunch to move. The real question is how long will it last. For those lucky enough to be the first ones out there they are going to have some fun. Remember however we had torrential rains yesterday so there is a lot of water and mud out there. Its 20 out right now…….

Newberry Trail Report – Visit Newberry – 03/01

North Store Follow Me Outfitters – March 1, 2017

I wouldn’t put them their sleds away yet, 2-4″ of fresh snow since about 7:30am. Still coming down and blowing couldn’t tell you how much expecting. Almost over amount predicted so, Keep an eye on temps at night trails flat and hard, but probably real slick in spots. So be careful out there on them trails Eah!! Extended riding predictions good to great. Also keep an eye on hard cold nights ice on inland lakes might get good. Thanks again great winter so far appreciate all use support. Yooper Out! Trusting oneself is foolish, but those who walk in wisdom are safe. Proverbs 28:26
