HARBOR SPRINGS AREA UPDATE via Harbor Springs Snowmobile Club – 01/10
Trail Update: Bottom line, we need some major snow! The trails have minimal snow and are pretty icy. If you are out riding please be cautious of washouts & rocks as there just isn’t enough snow to cover them. Most of our gates are still closed and will not be opened until we get some substantial snowfall. The forecast isn’t looking the best for this week, 40% chance for 1-3 inches and we need a lot more than that…

HARBOR SPRINGS AREA UPDATE via Harbor Springs Snowmobile Club >> ❄️ WHAT A SEASON ❄️
This time last year, we weren’t even sure that we would have a season after the historic ice storm that destroyed much of our trail system.
Fast forward to now… we just wrapped up a RECORD season! For the first time in years, we were able to groom pretty consistently from the very first weekend all the way to the end. What an incredible turnaround.
A HUGE thank you to our Groomer Operators: Bryan, Dale, Chance, Cody, Evan, Jim, Nick, & Thomas — you guys absolutely crushed it this year! 👏
Thank you to our amazing volunteers who keep everything else running: Angie, Dave P, Dave T, Dean, Greta, Justine, Mike, Pat, Rob, & Wayne — we couldn’t do this without you!

There’s still snow to get out and ride on state trails, but all gates on our private property sections are now closed.
📍 Reminder: We have a meeting tomorrow at 7pm at the Harbor Springs Groomer Barn.
