GRAND MARAIS UPDATE via Grand Marais Sno-Trails Assoc. – 443 trail south from Grand Marais and 88 towards M77: I was surprised how well the snow held up from the warm temperatures yesterday. Trail is 90 percent covered in snow, other than the wet area on 88, which we are still not grooming that 5 mile stretch. Left the trail a little bumpy to keep the snow on top. Lots of traffic! Ride safe! – Tom
Ran west Friday evening, 8, 89 88 and 88/43. Some dirt showing just north of 88/43 on 88 but other than that trail in excellent condition. Groomer Will
East on 88 has some issues Pull up hill has been sanded by loggers and about 25 miles from town there are serious bald spots. Recommend H58 west toward Munising. Best conditions I’ve seen this week. Groomer Dan
