GRAND MARAIS UPDATE via Grand Marais Sno-Trails Assoc.
Went west on 8,88,89 tonight and wow was it a disaster, the drifts made it hard to find the the trail along the lake I think I got it to groom out decent. 89 wasn’t all that bad but wasn’t great it flattened out great lots of snow to work with 88 was easy to fix compared to the rest! Groomer Report: Went east on trail 8 tonight. Conditions are great. Got a real nice flat and smooth groom for ya. Packed in real nice. Little bit of wind and drifts that might show up by morning. Still a lot of snow on the trees and limbs are sagging low. Should have enough clearance but still keep an eye out for low branches and falling limbs.
