TRAVERSE CITY AREA UPDATE via Grand Traverse Area Snowmobile Club >> 01/15
We continue to get a light lake effect. This morning we had about 2 inches of fresh snow. Tomorrow, we’re forecasted for 1-3+ depending on which way the wind blows. The groomers have been doing a great job with the snow they have to work with. The trails are rated as good with some thin spot with snirt. We need a good system dump! Until that happens, GTASC groomers will do the best they can with what they have to work with. Remember, Ride Right, Ride Safe, Ride Sober.

WEATHER UPDATE via US National Weather Service Gaylord Michigan >> Mostly sunny skies are in store for many areas south of the bridge this afternoon as low clouds may linger across the eastern U.P. through the day. Temperatures will continue to warm through the first half of the week, reaching well into the 40s and even low 50s for some on Wednesday. Our next main rain chances return on Thursday as mild temperatures continue into this weekend and next week. #miweather #gaylord #cadillac #benzie #traversecity #petoskeyMostly sunny skies are in store for many areas south of the bridge this afternoon as low clouds may linger across the eastern U.P. through the day.
