Latest Night Groomer Operator Reports have most of the Munising area trails in good to great condition after grooming. Trail 8 was setting very nice with a minimal print when boot testing. In the hills of Northern Trail 7 we are now getting a nice ribbon with exception of two or three of the tight corners – good condition. Trail 419 we have fair to good trail conditions after grooming. The South end of Trail 419 out of Wetmore was setting nice but some areas still remained powdery. The North end of Trail 419 is still lacking snow to work with in the tight corners – fair to good.

Munising Trail Report. We have approximately 1 foot of snow on the ground more in some spots and little less in others.We are predicted to continue to receive snow over the next 24 hours. Grooming is underway and all trails are being groomed. Keep your fingers crossed and do the snow dance people. Trails are in fair condition, we definitely need this snow- so with that being said DO THE SNOW DANCE.

Storm did not hit as forecast and the groomer shave been out working with what we have. Ended up with about three inches of snow which is far short of what’s needed to step our trails up to great from a fair to good condition. Still getting light lake effect so hopefully it will continue to add up.
