Good Morning….12 degrees and no wind…temps to get up in the 30s again today..

last nights cold temps hardened up all trails..All trails where groomed with what snow is left …they are hard and flat …some of the big hills have bumps…and the corners are brown,,,but still alot of good riding left…..

I saw well over 200 sleds on my travels into town and back out to the Tahquamenon Falls and they where out till midnight …Human error,Icy hill, limited visibility & a tree caused one crash yesterday,(my opinion) so be careful… groomer Ben

Sunshine all day yesterday has much of the trail – that is out in the sun – down to dirt. Trail 7 running from Mancelona Road into Gaylord is exactly that – dirt. There is snow along the sides if you insist on riding that way. Trails thru the woods continue to be snow covered. Another day of sunshine today. Then, according to the weather forecasters we will begin a more typical winter pattern – Snow is in the forecast everyday starting Tuesday.
