Another run last night as we start wrapping up the season. We are running minimal runs in order to keep the trail smooth and save the snow for the rest of the season. Trail is ice and is grooming out as such. We will keep doing the best we can with what we have to get through the end of the season. Ride right and ride safe!

Put on 130 miles with Art today! What a ride. 🙌
With the surgery and the new baby, this ended up being my first and last ride of the season with my buddy—and it definitely didn’t disappoint.
We ran from Ontonagon to Sidnaw via Trail 12 over to 174, and honestly… 95% of the ride was excellent. 👌 The kind of riding you hope for this time of year.
Sure, there were a few slushy stretches and some bare spots starting to open up by the end of the day, but get into the woods and there’s still a solid base. If you’re itching to squeeze in a few more miles this season, heading south and east out of Ontonagon is still very much worth it.
And never forget…

ONTONAGON AREA UPDATE via North Country Snowmobile Club UP >> 03/22
Trail Report 3/22:
We went out and inspected some of our system and found Ma Nature had done some real damage.
The trails are rideable and some are still in good condition. Unfortunately to safely get groomers to those areas we have to cross swamps, open water, running water and failing snow bridges.
We are going to cease grooming operations and barring an unexpected change in the forecast, will not restart.
We had a hard season and really need more help, if you have a desire to groom, please p.m. us.
