HARBOR SPRINGS AREA UPDATE via Harbor Springs Snowmobile Club >> 04/01
❄ WHAT A SEASON ❄
This time last year, we weren’t even sure that we would have a season after the historic ice storm that destroyed much of our trail system.
Fast forward to now… we just wrapped up a RECORD season! For the first time in years, we were able to groom pretty consistently from the very first weekend all the way to the end. What an incredible turnaround.
A HUGE thank you to our Groomer Operators: Bryan, Dale, Chance, Cody, Evan, Jim, Nick, & Thomas — you guys absolutely crushed it this year! 👏
Thank you to our amazing volunteers who keep everything else running: Angie, Dave P, Dave T, Dean, Greta, Justine, Mike, Pat, Rob, & Wayne — we couldn’t do this without you!
Thank you to all of our Business Sponsors: Audie’s Restaurant, Clyde’s Place, Chubbs Marina, Cooks Hardware, County Wide Powersports, Cross Village Mart, Beachs Up North Tavern, Moose Jaw Junction, Northwoods Family Restaurant, & Spankys for your continued support — you are a huge part of what makes this all possible.
And to everyone who rode our trails, came to events, donated, or supported the club in any way — THANK YOU. We truly appreciate every one of you and can only hope next season is just as good as this one was!
There’s still snow to get out and ride on state trails, but all gates on our private property sections are now closed.
📍 Reminder: We have a meeting tomorrow at 7pm at the Harbor Springs Groomer Barn.
We are always looking for more volunteers — if you’re interested in getting involved, we’d love to see some new faces!

HARBOR SPRINGS AREA UPDATE via Harbor Springs Snowmobile Club >> That’s a wrap on grooming for the 2025–2026 season! ❄️ Huge shoutout to our groomer operators—you absolutely killed it this year! The season officially ends Tuesday night, & we’ll be closing gates on Wednesday. There’s still plenty of snow to get out and ride, and trails are holding flat! The grade is starting to get thin in spots, and areas along dirt roads are mostly gone—but that’s spring riding. These sections are short and can often be avoided by hopping onto alternate trails. Get out and enjoy it while it lasts! 🏁 #harborsprings#harborsprings0328 #petoskey#snowphotos... See MoreSee Less
