HARBOR SPRINGS AREA UPDATE via Harbor Springs Snowmobile Club – 12/24
We are riding the winter rollercoaster here in Northern Michigan. We got about 6” of snow yesterday, but temperatures are supposed to be above freezing from Thursday to Monday with possible rain.
We are getting reports that the trails are pretty decent, no dirt spots but still hitting rocks here and there. We do not have any plans to resume grooming, we need more snow.
Merry Christmas!! Hopefully everyone asked Santa for some snow. ❄️🎄

PETOSKEY AREA UPDATE via Petoskey Snowmobile and ORV Club >> Trails groomed tonight by Shane and Joe. If the weather warms above 30 degrees we won't groom until it cools down. The drag can chunk the trail leaving behind large snow balls that freeze and can hurt someone. We will be back out as soon as it gets cold again. #petoskeyTrails groomed tonight by Shane and Joe. HARBOR SPRINGS AREA UPDATE via Harbor Springs Snowmobile Club >> We had all three of our groomers out last night and overall the trails are in good shape. The Alanson trail still has the least amount of snow & we still have some open water holes. Great start to the season!
We have some above freezing weather coming in over the next few days with possible rain on Thursday & back to freezing on Friday. We are hoping to get out and groom again Thursday night depending on what the weather does. We will keep everyone updated. #harborsprings #petoskey #snowphotos

Matt is heading south on 76 from Chandler Hill Road to our turn around with Jordan Valley. The green dot are groomers.
