Gaylord Area Trail Report – Ray’s Retreat Country Inn – 02/28
We had a full day of sunshine and a temp of 46 yesterday. The morning was good until it started heating up. Then the trail became soft, slushy, water holes, mud, … not good for snowmobiling. Many sleds were pulled off to the side trying to cool down.
Its going to be another mild day today. A cold front comes thru later tonight and tomorrow bringing some snow.
A winter storm is in the works for Tue/Wed but that looks like it is going to stay south of us and hit the southern part of the state more like it did last week.
We’ll let you know when the trails look good again!
