Get out and ride today! All open trails besides 160 were groomed last night. If travelling to Bergland, trail 8 has significant water hazards and only experienced riders should take that route. Trail 2 to Marenisco is pictured and in beautiful shape. Will the trails hold.up through an inch of rain, YUP! Will there be water hazards the club will have to fix, YUP! Saturday should be fantastic, get out early and RIDE!!

Groomer Report: Tucker went out early this morning to put Ironwood to Wakefield back into shape. Trails are holding up incredibly well, even after several dozen sleds came behind the groomer this morning the return run showed the base is well intact and DEEP. Yes warm temps and rain is forecast for late Saturday into Sunday. We plan to go hard tonight to get as much groomed as possible. Then we will be parked to Monday awaiting temps to drop. ****Warning**** some of our trails are opening up with running water. “Question” Can you ride the trails? Yes you can! But use extreme caution. We just had someone that got hurt by finding a hole just around a corner. Please drive slower and use more caution. These are pictures of trail 8 and trail 13 past 100. These pictures are thanks to riders sending them to us via Facebook. We can show you good trails, but this is what we are worried about… Your safety is number one to us followed by awesome trails. Ride at your own risk and well will try to do our best to fix these issues. Mother Nature needs to help us…

LAKE GOGEBIC AREA UPDATE via Bergland Bay Bar – 12/28

Happy Saturday! High of 35 today with a low of 31. Coming into work, we had 15 degrees out. According to Weather Underground, we can expect less than an inch of snow today and rain over night – not what we need!
