Evidently the snow predictions were right...We have received up to 18" of snow in various locations throughout the park.
Roads are slick and snow covered. The Road Commission attempted plowing South Boundary Road without success. At this point, the road is impassable.
Here are a few photos the rangers took on South Boundary Road just south of Headquarters near Union Spring.

This is what we woke up to!! If we had to guess 20" to 22" so far? We're still under a blizzard warning until tomorrow morning. Long range temp's look positive and more snow forecasted.
We'll be finishing our prep on equipment and putting up temporary signage this weekend.
Gates will be opened on December 1st after hunting season has commenced and we're able to start setting, packing/panning trail's. (Mother Nature providing..)
