TRAVERSE CITY AREA UPDATE via Grand Traverse Area Snowmobile Club – 11/30
We have been out on the trails the past two days finishing up the signage and they are now complete. Thanks to Eric, David, Dave, John, Bob, Steve and Jeff for volunteering their time to get this done. Now all we need is cold weather and snow. We receive 9 inches earlier this week.
However, today we had sunshine and 46 degree temps and lost the majority of the snow. It’s time to do those dances. Hopefully we’ll have a great year!

WEATHER UPDATE via US National Weather Service Gaylord Michigan >> Heavy snow and bitter cold wind chills are expected to begin tonight and continue through Monday. New snowfall of 4-8” with locally higher amounts are possible by Monday night/Tuesday morning. Wind gusts of 30-45+ mph are expected Monday morning and afternoon. Wind chills will drop well below zero through Tuesday as well.
