» Gaylord Area Trail Report – Ray’s Retreat Country Inn – 12/31Riders report good rides. Some bumpy spots but overall everyone reports good riding especially for early season.
A group rode to Fife Lake and back. They found some water over that way .. we still have plenty of snow in this area.
Riders that went west report snow getting thin by Starvation Lake area.
Lake effect snow continues to be in the forecast.

Groomers have been out panning, establishing a base.
Drivers reporting there are still wet spots (use caution).
More snow on the Newberry south trails, enough north to ride on at wolf inn/pine stump with more expected overnight.
Lake superior shoreline inland about 2-3miles is still very light snow as of today.
