TRAVERSE CITY AREA UPDATE via Grand Traverse Area Snowmobile Club – 2/25
Trail Report: 02-25-2022
We received about 3-4 inches of snow last night. The wife and I took a ride to see how the trails were. The base is icy from the sleet last week and the new snow was a welcomed sight. I don’t know how long this new snow will hold up but if you need to get a ride in don’t hesitate. Grooming operations have not started back up yet, we are going to hold off for the time being and see what the weather brings. The trails I rode today were hard and flat. If anything changes I will update you. Remember, Ride Right, Ride Sober, Ride Safe.

WEATHER UPDATE via US National Weather Service Gaylord Michigan >> Arctic cold and snow return to northern Michigan Friday and Saturday. Gusty winds are also likely as the cold air moves in, resulting in areas of blowing snow and reduced visibility.
