Things are finally starting to turn around, since yesterday morning we`ve picked up three or four inches of fresh snow, not enough to start grooming again but its a start.
Still snowing lightly at this time and snow predicted through the extended forecast of next week.
Yesterdays blizzard like conditions, only lasted a short while, and we got maybe 1″ out of the system in Iggy. Quite cold out there today, squeaky snow. Forecast is calling for a little snow over the next couple of days, but nothing significant.
Still not running the groomers at this time. Will look at to see if it is needed over the weekend, but there are areas that are still just too thin. There probably is enough snow out in the woods to ride, but getting there would not be great, and anyplace in the open that it melted down still isn’t ready yet.
Maybe in another week. Still need that big system snow to get us going again.
