I can’t believe I still have nothing to really report regarding the trails. At least it has turned cold again.
Now hopefully we can get some lake effect snow going this week. More than a few inches!

Tahquamenon Area Snowmobile Association Report – December 28
Trail #9 Fair to good condition. Trail was groomed from Newberry to Pine Stump last night.
Trail #45 Fair to Good condition. Trail was groomed last night to Co Rd 500 by TASA. Paradise groomed from the Falls south to Co Rd 500. Paradise Groomer filled in the water holes with snow and says the trail is rough in some spots and we want to remind everyone to be careful in the swamp area.
South Trail #9/2 Poor to fair condition. Trail will be groomed as far as we can go until we run out of snow.
REMEMBER: Our swamps are not completely frozen and there are some wet areas on all three trails so be careful.
Weather forecast is for colder weather starting today and snow showers.
