Trail Update – We have one machine down right now, but we groomed Trails 137, 13 and 101 last night, and Trail 12 from Ontonagon to Trail 101. All these are in good condition other than the hill on 13 just West of Rockland which is poor (see full trail report for info). The trails are getting a bit "snurty" with icy corners. We need more snow! We have cold weather dropping down from the North which will finally freeze up our water holes! For the full report go to – ncsc-up.com/trail-reports

Trail Update:

18 hours each the last two days for two machines/operators filling water holes and building ice bridges. A big thanks to Greg and Mac!

Went into all the bottoms on Trail #12 along LP Walsh Road and filled all the water holes. The trail is in fair condition at best. Stay on the trail in all the bottoms! There is open water on both sides of most. We will continue too work this section, but need more snow to get it to the condition you are acostomed to.

Did the best we could with little snow on Trail #1 along Lake Superior. Filled water holes, repaired and opened the bridge closed by the DNR, and knocked down all the moguls on the last 3/8 of a mile section to Lake of the Clouds.

Built a couple ice bridges and groomed the 3 areas that we were going around on Trail #1 between White Pine and Silver City.

It’ll take more snow and cold but these areas are in much better condition.
