Gogebic Area Grooming has groomed trail 102 and 8 to Tula.

We ask you to use caution when riding all the trails again. Last night someone found a culvert on trail 8 and wrecked his/her sled. Rocks, stumps, roots, etc is starting to show up. Again use caution when riding, as obstacles may come up fast. The snow we have is packed for a good base now. Today we were able to make it all the way though to our turn around on 8 between Wakefield and Bergland with the drag.

You can see in the pictures that 8 west has been a work in progress. Please follow signs near the county line on 8 to avoid the major wet areas. We will be going out tomorrow and teaming up with Marenisco groomer to brush, sign and pack trail 13 south from the Root Cellar to trail 2.

Please use caution on this trail as well. We need snow, but however we are all prepared for significant snowfall….
