Went east on trail 8. Trails are in awesome shape right now. Real flat and packed in nice.

Another great spot to jump off the trail is this vast expanse of 88 near the turn around point where 88 meets 431 not real hilly, but still a lot of powder. Groomer Dan

GRAND MARAIS UPDATE via Grand Marais Sno-Trails Assoc.​

Ran South trail Sunday night 8, 88 and 443. Very cold last night so trail didn’t groom as pretty as we like but it is flat smooth and very hard. Be safe and enjoy. Sorry no pictures, apparently phone camera malfunctioned and did not save my pictures. Groomer Will

Best off trail sledding in our system— 443 between 8 and Adams Trail. Rhody Creek Trail. Miles of ungroomed adventure great conditions. Groomer Dan

Ran our West run Sunday trails 8W, 89 and 88 "the grade" the trails are in EXCELLENT shape. Our other Groomers have been working on widening the drift area. (Near the lake Superior look out) I say it’s back to normal width. And for the next 4 days were going to be working on a 4 mile section of trail 8W from the visitor center to 8 89 split. To flatten/widen the trail out. Expect a ridge in the center and bumps at the inside corners. Until we get it done. Come and enjoy. Groomer phil. First picture-Trail 89 a section of the drift area.
