More from Phil on “Phil & Ted’s Great Adventure “ finishing up Trail 8 east yesterday – 12-10-19 Tue. Ted and I went out and finished clearing the downed trees for the last 11 miles of trail 8 East. It took us 6 hours to clear. Plenty of Deep snow and more falling throughout the day.

GRAND MARAIS UPDATE via Grand Marais Sno-Trails Assoc.​

FYI: the following trails have been cleared of trees-8 West out of GM, 89, 888 & 443. They HAVE NOT been groomed. Trail 8 east out of GM and 88 haven’t been touched yet. We’re doing some much needed maintenance on the groomers this morning and when that’s done we will update you on the game plan for today!!

We have some snowmobiling friends who have volunteered to come up to GM this weekend to help us with this monster clearing task on the trails. If you could comment here-we need to know who will be here to work Friday and those that can be here for Saturday. We’ll set up a game plan and post it here. We are so appreciative of your offers of help. Our guys are already exhausted and have a long ways to go. Again-thank you!!
