Sledheads of Frederic – 02/17

No new snow here but Monday was a very busy day. A lot of people stayed over for presidents day and trails have held up well. It was a picture perfect day for riding yesterday as it was sunny and 17 degrees out there. Towards late afternoon it slowed up as people started heading home. It supposed to be cold the rest of the week but start to warm up a bit on Friday so that should make for a good riding weekend.

Trails are rated in EXCELLENT condition at this time! Trails were groomed last night. Grooming will be done Saturday and Sunday. Day and Night grooming is planned both days. We received 4 to 8 inches of snow in the last 24 hours. Caution is advised near Hayes Tower Road!

Sledheads of Frederic – 02/16

I was right, this was by far the busiest weekend in Frederic and today is just going to add to it being Presidents day. I sat down to do this around ten and now its noon. Been a lot of sleds in and today is the warm day. Its up to 13 already. I am sure it would have been busier this weekend if it wouldn’t have been so cold. This is much more comfortable weather and the proof is in the amount of sleds that have already been in here this morning.
